Dress policy:
♦   We allow soft spikes only 
♦   Gentlemen are required to wear collared shirts (mock turtles are acceptable)
♦   Appropriate fashion tops for women
♦   Tee shirts and tank tops are prohibited on the course and practice facility
♦   Shorts are requested to be mid-thigh length or longer; no cut-offs, please 
♦   Denim clothing is not allowed at Windham Country Club between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Online Tee Time Booking Policies:
♦   To insure accuracy, please refine your search to the correct date and time range
♦  You will need a valid credit card to book a tee time and guarantee your reservation
♦  Tee Times may be made up to 14 days in advance
♦  Tee Times can be made for a maximum of 4 players
♦  All fees are due upon arrival at the course  

Cancellation Policy:
At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling (518) 734-9910.  If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed the full price for all players booked under the reservation.  Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website.  Please do not send e-mails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations.

Other club policies:
♦   USGA Rules govern all play
♦   Please repair your ball mark and one other on the greens during play
♦   Carts must remain on paths around all tees, greens, and entire Par 3’s
♦   Personal coolers, outside food and beverages are not permitted on property 
♦   All alcohol purchased on site must remain on site 
♦   Pace of Play target of 15 minutes per hole or 4-1/2 hours per 18 holes 
♦   Replace all divots in fairways and fill divots with sand/seed mixture provided on all Par 3's 
♦   Must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver's license to operate a golf car.

♦   Tee times can be reserved seven days in advance of the day you would like to play.  You may call as early as 6:30am
